The official trailer is out! I think I am going to like this version very much indeed. No need to compare adaptations, don’t you agree? We always going to have our favorites but like it is not a sports team. We don’t have to pick only one, right? Can’t wait for July 15!!!!!

I’m a purist when it comes to period pieces, especially those of Jane Austen. Dakota Johnson is all wrong as Anne. Anne Eliot is neither sassy nor coquettish. The production ifeels too modern for my taste. There is no way I will see this version of Persuasion!
