A man on a horse finds comfort
Erases any possible torment
His heart beats, the hooves answer
Making disappear unwanted sentiment.
A man on a horse decides his own path
That is his port, his fort, his before and aftermath
A man’s heart on a horse finds unison
His hiding place under the sun.
A man on a horse can think
Reaching distances as feelings might
Stomping on troubles he may himself find
But no. There is no change in sight.
At home a sister with a broken heart
Suffering as she would in any other place
As scheming mamas from the marry mart
Surround him like death’s embrace.
A man on a horse knows what he has to bear
A friend in need demand his care.
However confined the society may present,
It is not more than his own discontent.
Will there be an answer to his quest?
Will he find the one? Will she be the best?
He does not believe how his heart can ache,
Not being allowed one more mistake.

I think this one might be my favourite so far. All that indecision, all the unknown.
Favourite lines (out of many)? These:
“A man on a horse decides his own path
That is his port, his fort, his before and aftermath”

I’m so glad. It’s an important one for me because it is something I assumed he did in the next morning. Thank you for your continued support!

The last part “Not being allowed one more mistake.” With that phase I finally understood his fears and his character, I’ve never fully understood Darcy , now i know trully why he sees as a wrong match with lizzie, all that pressure. I love it ❤
